Our services are by appointment only. All spa appointments are subject to availability and require a credit card to hold your appointment. A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. We understand that life happens and sometimes there are unforeseeable circumstances that prevent you from making it to your appointment.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, we require a cancellation no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In order to avoid cancellation charges, please call to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. The cancellation charge is $20.00. This fee will automatically be charged to your card on file the day of your missed appointment.
Missed Facials: If a member misses a facial, he/she may make it up the following month for no additional fee. A member may not make up more than 3 facials per year. Missed facials will not result in a credit or refund.
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your initial scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork. Out of courtesy of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment, if the schedule is booked. Please be on time to receive full benefits of the treatment scheduled.

Gratuities are not included in the services and are completely up to the guest’s discretion.
